In-house facilities could use a boost!!! Better WiFi reliability is necessary!!! Improve the in-room entertainment with more channels!!! It's frustrating when the pool isn't cleaned regularly!!! Dining options need a serious upgrade!!!

Solo traveler with a calming experience

My villa was over the ocean and it provided a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The service was good, buggies took me to my room and back, it felt so easy just calling for it.

It wasn't cheap but it was still acceptable for what I got.

I enjoyed the infinity pool, which was very popular and perfect for some relaxation time with my partner. We also attended the nightly fire show, which was memorable and well-executed.

The buggy service could have been faster during peak times, and I thought the breakfast options were lacking.

The staff were always friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. However, the breakfast area could improve its cleanliness, as we noticed some flies around the food.

We enjoyed the beach games and Zumba classes, which kept us active and entertained. The villa was spacious, and the views were stunning. Staff were super friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Definitely recommend for a fun getaway!...

Just returned from a lovely stay where the buffet breakfast was incredible, and the beachside dinner was even better. The golf buggy service added a fun touch! Would definitely revisit.

The kids had an amazing time at the AvaniKids club with arts and crafts, beach games, and movie time. It kept them thoroughly entertained, which was a lifesaver for our large family of five teens and two...  

The view was stunning, the family villa was spacious, and we loved the live band by the pool! A super chill vibe for the kids to enjoy post-breakfast swims.

During my stay, I was absolutely thrilled with how close the Extreme Park and the stunning Pantai Bagan Lalang were, making it so easy to enjoy the beach views and indulge in local activities, while the spacious room layout added to the overall experience as I settled in for a serene getaway.
